Sociological Research Influencing The Social Structure Of The Land Transfer

Land transference will inevitably lead to the reallocation in the interests andresources of the rural communities, and produce far-reaching effect to the rural socialstructure; therefore, investigating land transference to the rural social structure hasimportant practical significance and theoretical significance. In this paper, accordingto the interview and the questionnaire survey data collected by field, analyzes landtransference and land utilization situation, farmers’ family income and farmers’occupation changes, reveals the land transfer produce specific effects to the ruralsocial structure, and land transference exists what problem, then puts forwardsuggestions.The paper will distinguish participate farmers in the circulation of land mainly asthe agricultural producers after transferring in, the agricultural producers aftertransferring out, non-agricultural person after transferring out in three groups. Thepaper mainly takes income and occupation as two dimensions to research socialstructure, inspects to the agricultural producers after transferring in and theagricultural producers after transferring out, in the land utilization situation, incomeand occupation change before and after the transference; Examines outnon-agricultural person after transferring out in the land use before transferring,income and occupation change after transference. Study found that, land transferencewidens the income channel of farmers, promotes farmers’ income level, providesprecondition for the farmers’ occupation change and rise of new occupation, and thenchanges the rural original stratum system. At the same time, with land development,there are some problems not conducive to the rural social structure and orderly change,such as the grass-roots political power responsibility lacking refinement, Failing tomake transference charge standards and other issues; And then the paper puts forwarda series of solutions, such as making the responsibility of grass-roots political powerclear, making effectively in the freshman class of farmers stable, promoting thedevelopment of modern social class structure.
