A group of men in each speed peak torque relative peak torque, flexionand extension ratio and total power, are larger than the men’s group B.(2) Knee:30O/s to90O/s increments peak torque, four groups of male andfemale athletes knee flexion muscles are constantly decreases are greater than theflexor and extensor. Similarly, the men’s group A at each speed of theflexor and extensor peak torque relative peak torque, total work and flexion than arelarger than the men’s group B. Conclusion:(1) in the swing of the leg muscles and ankle flexion and extension analysisshowed that: the woman a high jump athletes ankle flexor strength, endurancewoman were greater than two, the relative strength of two woman quite; woman anextensormaximum strength and endurance with the woman in two quite woman onlyin the relative strength of greater than two. And the two groups did not differsignificantly in the flexion and extension balance ability, indicating that the womanwas a high jump athletes ankle flexion muscles training efficiency problems. Man ahigh jump athletes ankle flexion and extension muscles strength, relative strength,balance the flexion and extension capabilities and endurance are greater than theman two.(2) woman a high jump athlete swing leg knee flexion and extension musclestrength, relative strength, endurance and flexion ratio is greater than the woman two.Man an athlete than men only in the maximum strength and endurance of the flexortwo, the rest of the muscle strength data are two with the man fairly.
