Objective:In order to analysis of the limb joint Muscle Strength characteristics of Male Elite Tae kwon do. found the regular and feature of the hip、knee and ankle with the test speed changing. Provided quantitive index on sport ability and function for three joints, promoted the question about test parts’ flexion and extension muscle groups in strength training, feedback the analyzed results to athletes and coaches in time, the information has important significance for improving athletic performance and preventing athletes joint from injuring, so that made the training more scientific, it had theory and practice meaning. Methods:Using IsoMed2000isokinetic dynamometer (Germany) measured the hip、knee and ankle muscle strength for the Tae kwon do athletes (n=15), performed maximum contractions for their limb joints at the angular velocities of60°/s (5times)and240°/s(25times)respectively. The Interval between slow and quick speed test is1min. Adopted SPSS17.0software statistics the relevant data of the fifteen subjects, Data were expressed as mean(—X) and standard deviation (S), conducted pair t-test for PT/BW Value, agonist/antagonist, the Opposite Side Same Name and ER. The significant level was set at.05.*:P<0.05, significant difference,**:P <0.01, significantly difference.Results:(1) subjects the hip, knee and ankle relative peak torque (PT/W) Result:at the60°/S,hip flexion (left)2.87±0.29, hip flexion (right)2.96±0.14, hip extension (left)4.63±0.24, hip extension (right)4.79±0.53. PTR showed difference in the hip, ankle flexion and extension quickly. Suggested strengthen the right hip flexors subjects explosive exercises to increase leg hitting speed.(3) In this study, there are two subjects’ left hip extensor strength was relative smaller than the right side, and another three subjects’ right ankle flexors absolute power and explosiveness to be strengthened.(4) Elite Taekwondo athletes endurance were relatively good in hip flexion, ankle extensor endurance is worse, knee flexion and extension muscle endurance should be improved. Proposed increase endurance exercises of ankle extensor group.
