The Study Of Reconstruction In Ground Rules Of China’s Male Football Professional League

With the development of social and economic progress, competitive sports have becomean independent social activity and working field, it is attracting more and more people takepart in this kind of sport as well as forming a special social relationship between the managerand participants. Football as a single sports programme is called the world’s largest sportsprogramme due to its world wide influence and great amount of fans. Since the football hasbecome professionalization in1994, it got many achievements in many aspects. However,with the deepen of the professionalization and the alienation, many problems in ground rulesexist in our national professional football league. This paper analyze these problems and thenprovide the solution, through the study give developing direction in the next period. The studyof this paper has a positive meaning in advancing the professionalization.In order to keep our national professional football league develop in a healthy stable andsustainable situation, this paper is analyzed through the ways of literature analysis, caseanalysis, competitive study and experts interviews. Through the study and analysis we get theconclusion that many problems exists in ground rules of our national professional footballleague. For example the the low level of personal quality and professional ethics exist amongthe participants; the uncertainty relationship exist among duty benefit and right; theinadequate in law and regulation; the low level of market operation and the wrong socialvalues etc. Thus, depend on these problems happened in our national professional footballleague, this paper raise the request of reconstruction of ground rule; the national professionalfootball league’s develop law; the change of social-economic system and the trends ofinternational football development then put forward the new rule of our national professionalfootball league and build the basic framework of it. Players play the main body role in thenew system, coaches play the guiding role in building this new system, referees play the roleof maintenance, the audiences are the beneficiaries and participants. The latter part of thispaper propose the new mechanism; social values; authority power and means of control to ournational professional football league.
