In recent years, Chinese study abroad dilinghua trend of media and the parents of the students has become the focus of. This paper, from the angle of view of cross cultural adaptation of young, launches the research to Chinese students studying in the United States overseas living conditions as a case study, trying to find out the factors that may affect the students cross cultural adaptation process from study time, language problems, learning disabilities, mental stress, interpersonal relationships and other aspects, and put forward to promote China’s young students advice and Countermeasures of cross cultural adaptation.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the background, significance and research methods and the theoretical framework of the study are summarized, mainly from the theory of adaptation and cultural adaptation of two aspects of theory are introduced.The second chapter is the summary of the research topic, are described from three aspects:one is the research on cross cultural adaptation present situation; two is the students’ intercultural adaptation status; three is the research about the young students in china.The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the key part of this article. The third chapter, using the method of quantitative research and qualitative analysis, through the network and in-depth interviews, to leave the students conducted a survey study, combs the younger students in cross-cultural adaptation appeared in the process of psychological adaptation, adaptation, interpersonal adaptation education problems, combined with cases from the language ability, the educational environment, value concept, study time four aspects influencing factors of cross cultural adaptation of the young students are analyzed. The fourth chapter students’ cross cultural adaptation problems and puts forward some suggestions for Chinese young, including full psychological preparation, play a guiding role, parents to establish the confidence to overcome difficulties, pay attention to foreign language ability, pay attention to the cultivation of social circle and strengthen the learning.
