Liaoning Province implemented a series of talent project in the ninth five-year plan period, the tenth five-year plan period and the eleventh five year plan period. The talent work of Liaoning has made remarkable achievements (accelerating construction of key disciplines, scientific research is significant and so on). However, the comparison shows that Liaoning Province has the following deficiencies of talent work:the concept of talent is not in place, the official tendency is serious and has low efficiency in the implementation; the work funding of the talent in Liaoning Province is exile. Accordingly, studying the work of high-end talents is significant.On the basis of talents, high-level talents, high-end talents and job satisfaction from former, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey to Liaoning province high-end talents, studies the work of colleges and universities high-end talents in Liaoning Province on the basis of the thought of match better conforming to the objective rules. Investigating the problems in the work of high-end talents in Liaoning Province and analyzing the reasons of the problems. Providing countermeasures and suggestions for the work of high-end talents in Liaoning Province according to the investigation and analysis of the result and the successful experience of developed provinces in high-end talents working.The main content is summarized as follows:Chapter one is introduction. In this chapter the research background, purpose and meaning, main work and method are introduced; moreover, the point of innovation is also given.Chapter two is literature review and it’s the theoretical basis of the paper. This chapter reviewed the research of talent and job satisfaction, reviewing the related theory and group identification method for features of match better conforming to the rules. Chapter three is about constructing the job satisfaction index system of high-end talents. This chapter constructs the job satisfaction index system of high-end talents by expert evaluation, the analysis of reliability and validity.Chapter four is group identification method for features of match better conforming to the rules and application. This chapter firstly introduces the group identification method for features of match better conforming to the rules; secondly, analyzing the survey result about job satisfaction of high-end talents in Liaoning Province with group identification method for features of match better conforming to the rules; finally, analyzing the work problems and causes of high-end talents in Liaoning according to the results of the analysis.Chapter five is countermeasures and suggestions. Giving the countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the analysis and with contrasting to the successful experience of colleges and universities high-end talents in developed provinces.Finally, the dissertation draws a conclusion, summarizes the research fruits. On the basis of the above, some suggestions on future research are put forward.
