Different sports for sports training methods are very different, but for the athletes ’ excellentresults can be achieved in the game, before the game almost all teams will have opted for altitudetraining, effects of altitude training on aerobic endurance sports has been recognized, Marathonand cross country competition result are also confirmed to a certain extent. Improvement ofcurrent levels as players ’ competitive ability and movement, altitude training ball events, heavyathletics has been addressed-such projects as well as for speed in track events, but the effectachieved after training there is no uniformity in training time, altitude, training intensity andcompetition there is a big difference in time, this raises questions on the altitude training,hindering extensive training at high altitude.Method of this study adopts the method of documentation, interviews, experiments, statisticalmethods for Shanghai81500m athletes for a six-week high altitude training indicators monitoring,on a comparative analysis before and after the special ability of the athletes in the plateau, throughcorresponding indicators of changes that impact on1500m’s special ability. For future referencealtitude training in Shanghai. This paper drew the following conclusions:1. adoption of indicators before and after the test data, as well as high altitude-related specialability test results, six weeks of altitude training period is feasible.2. training in plateau by means of indicators to monitor the training is very necessary, timelyreflect the athlete’s functional level, more scientific and reasonable arrangement can help coachestrain, able to guarantee the success of altitude training.3. optimization of index data as well as team sports fatigue and injury, reflecting coach on thestrength of six weeks of training at high altitude and training arrangements are reasonable andscientific,4. six weeks of altitude training for1500m athletes in special aerobic endurance, the acid andacid-resistant capacity has significantly increased in respect of specific speed is not obvious.5. functional levels determine the difference of level differences on changes between the players.
