With the continuous development of society and the change of education concept, interaction between teachers and students in the classroom attracts more and more the attention of educational researchers and teachers, the word "teaching interaction" is be seen in recent years frequently. The eighth curriculum reform has been implemented for more than a decade, it is explicitly stipulated in such aspects as curriculum objective, curriculum structure, curriculum standard, the teaching process and so on. Under the influence of it, the changes have taken place in classroom teaching process, the traditional imparting and accept teaching process has not been accepted, students participation in class, namely the subjectivity of the students attract the attention of people. Fully respect students’subjectivity not only can promote students learning style shift and the cultivation of innovative talents, but also can build a lifelong learning for students. The subjectivity of the students only reflected in the relationship between teachers and students in the classroom, so we need to know the communication form, communication content, communication fairness and so on. In Linfen city as an example, I select three junior high schools with observation and interview method to study the situation of junior high school classroom teaching interaction.This paper includes six parts:the first part elaborates the origin of selected topic, research significance, and theoretical basis. The second part summarizes the related research about interaction and teaching interaction theory at home and abroad, then evaluated these theories, at the end of this part, I make some definitions on based of other people’opinions. The third part is the main research method, mainly conclude the literature method, observation method and interview method. The fourth part analyzes classroom observations and interviews results, concludes the current situation of Linfen city junior high school classroom teaching interaction, mainly include the teaching time of communication; the characteristics of teachers’words in the course of communication, the characteristics of students’words in communication; the differences opportunity of communicating with teachers; teachers and students attitude towards teaching exchanges; teachers and students nonverbal behavior. And combined with the present situation of junior school classroom teaching interaction, analysis the merit and deficiency of present situation, then analyzed the reason of shortcomings. The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures aiming at the problems existing in the current situation, mainly includes:change the traditional education ideas completely, improve the education evaluation mechanism and teachers’and students’skills and create good material conditions for the teaching. The sixth part is the simple summary of this paper.
