In this paper,Stamina diathesis is an important physical quality, the healthy growth ofprimary and middle school students is also indispensable teaching content of sportsteaching. Today’s primary and middle school school too pay attention to complete the taskof the graduation rates, combined with today’s students are basically only children, parentsfear endures hardship, involvement of ideas has also led to students’ endurance qualityworse and worse, the worse the more don’t practice, plus the school the teaching ways ofphysical exercises endurance lag, no creativity, boring, students of there is a fear ofpsychological development stamina. So, I and mentor hope through to the Beijing primaryand secondary school students endurance quality experimental intervention, to seek somemethods which can develop students’ endurance quality and can make students eliminatethe fear of endurance sports development intervention, and the feasibility of endurance byintervening in practice that more schools educators and students endurance quality attachesgreat importance to the development of rise, this to improve the teaching quality ofphysical education and the students interest in play a crucial role, to improve the students’physical quality, causes the student to have a good physical quality to meet the future of allkinds of difficulties in life and work.This teaching experiment will increase in the students’ exercise endurance quality ofsome experimental intervention, to improve the teaching quality and effect, enhance theenthusiasm of the students’ interest, stimulates the student to study the opened up a newway of thinking. Experiments by the method of documentation, expert interview method,mathematical statistics, comparative experiments were studied.The research results show that the development of middle and primary school boysendurance quality is the best time to sixth grade, junior middle school second grade, andhigh school second grade, grade of the three stages of boys through endurance quality afterintervention experiment results very fast, and high school grade three students for entrancepressure and school physical education, to reduce wait for a reason, lead to exercise time isshort, results have certain downward trend. The experimental research results and previousstudies through the national the cervix of the sensitive area of adolescent developmentendurance is different, the country out of the results of the cervix analysis grade one ofjunior middle school and high school grade one, and I think this is the result of naturalincrease students, that is the first and the higher the grade two stage only, the result ofprimary and middle school boys endurance quality natural growth is faster, and this paperis after the experimental research results, and the result is also the first and the higher thetwo stages of endurance quality natural growing the fastest, but the conclusion of thispaper is to increase the endurance quality intervention practice is the best period of thesixth grade, junior high and high school grade two, grade2.
