The national standard is a subject of curriculum nature, objective, content,goals, implementation Suggestions of teaching guidance document. For theimplementation of the curriculum has important guiding significance. Chinese“National Curriculum Standards of Physical and Health”(experiment draft) began toimplement in2011.In2011the second edition has been published. Although secondedition has more advantage than the first, but there also been a lot of problem whenwe are work. America’s national sports standard (Moving to the future, the nationalstandard of physical education) is published by the national sports and sportsassociation (NASPE) in1995, in2004the second edition has been published. Theyhave a lot of similarities, but the American is better than Chinese. And junior schoolstudents in a critical period of physical development. So this paper choose the countrystandard of physical education which about the student who in junior school. It isabout course objectives, learning, level, level targets, evaluation content andevaluation methods. The American curriculum idea can reflect the values ofpeople-oriented; the standards is more comprehensive; it can help student to developpromote the lifelong sports habits; Level more accord with students’ growth anddevelopment regularity; level of goal setting stage characteristics more accord withthe growth of the students; Evaluation method and evaluation content can reflect morediversity and objectivity. And by comparing to find two sets of teaching materials inthe design and layout on how to adapt to the junior high school students’ physical andmental development characteristics on the basis of to develop a feasible standard, inorder to promote the development of this age stage of the student’s physical andmental health and social adaptation ability. Finally, I give some advice about how toimprove the Chinese national standards of physical and health.
