The information society, the Internet technology has been fully developed, people work, study and life has been inseparable from the network. Based on this, the education department introduced a number of documents on the construction of teaching resources library for guidance. Affected by many factors, vocational teaching resources exist in the process of building a library of heterogeneous systems, information cross the fence and other aspects of the problem of information, compared with the undergraduate colleges is lagging behind.Related to the use of multimedia technology to build teaching resources libraries provide technical support. To be considered in the future development of digital media technology focuses on intelligent, diverse, efficient management must proceed from the collection, transmission, storage, processing, maintenance and use of such areas. Teaching Resources for professional development, faculty development, curriculum reform plays a vital role. Economic, technical, operational analysis is feasible, but also to meet the functional needs of various users.Design teaching resource library must comply with the principles of science, system consistency, sustainability, openness, security, reliability and so on. Embody the basis of professional competence, professional development as the main line, curriculum resources and training resources for the core, resource material and information to support the industry. Interface design with the traditional layout design has many similarities but also differences exist, are inseparable from the graphic designers of space strategizing. Interface design at the same time in accordance with professional features, the use of various elements must comply with the aesthetic principles, designed to meet the aesthetic needs of the user interface can stimulate learning and interest in use.This dissertation first analyzes the background of teaching resources database, meaning, status, and theories related technical feasibility and basic needs are introduced; theory with practice describes a method of system design, proposed principles, structure, functions of the system design; on this basis for the interface design requires the use of a variety of elements to be discussed, detailed description of the teaching resource library interface design theory and method in accordance with professional features. In the last part of the article on the future development were discussed, proposed teaching resources database design principles and ideas, can provide a reference for future studies of these teaching resources library.
