Along with the widely employment of contemporary women, the conflict between the family role and social role increasingly highlight. Many academics began to doing the research on this and have had achieved remarkable results on the definition of role conflict, conflict causes and role adjustment. Though these results have played certain positive part on the role adjustment of female professionals, the fundamental solution lies in full development of the productivity, social progress and the change of people’s traditional values, which is a long and difficult process. From the actual situation, in this paper, we take the Private Enterprise female employees in Fujian province for sample based on the research results of some scholars, to describe and analyze the performance and negative effects of role conflict and the influencing factors, introducing the career planning and social work perspective. Based on the actual effect, we should develop simultaneously, which aims to actually help ease role conflict of female professionals.
