With knowledge-based economical development and ideological change,the number and size of highly educated entrepreneurs are growing. The article pointed out that the highly educated entrepreneurs are facing with pressure, which was caused by the contradiction between psychological expectation and reality, and lack of entrepreneurial capacity and support network. Those predicament has affected the highly educated entrepreneurs’everyday life and works. What’s worse, those predicament is usually becoming "the plight of silence" because of the effect of high educational background and achievement motivation. Consequently, this article poined out it is the right time to interfere into the highly educated entrepreneurs’predicament.The three cases that was selected by Wenshu Street are highly educated entrepreneurs.They were and are helped by the community and street so that there is a close relationship between each other. So in order to help the three people, the social worker decide to muster and integrate the resources of the community and street to help the supplicants deal with their difficulties. In the process of handling the Psychological problems, the social worker choosed the Psychological and Social Ttreatment Modalities, whose aim is to excavate recipient’s protential. In order to help solve capacity issue, the social worker selected the energization theory. In order to help the recipient establish social support networks, the social worker pick the Social Support Network Theory.Results of services are satisfactory. The three recipients’difficuties are eliminated. However, the social work is a dynamic process so that there are many issues are deserved to be reflected. The first issue is the resources of dilemma that affected the action. The second issue is the imperfect of methods of the intervention, the other methods are waiting to be made use of to help the recipients. The third issue is whether the research has a promotion.
