At present,China's elderly population base is large,and the pension problem needs to be solved urgently.However,the demand of the elderly group is diversified and heterogeneous,and the supply of pension services is equalized,which ignores its personalized and differentiated demand,and involves little in the demand of the highly-educated elderly pension services.In response to the call of the fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China to "actively deal with the aging of the population",the society has paid more attention to the model of community home-based care.This model absorbs the forces of the government,the community and the society,provides various services for the elderly living at home,and plays a great role in solving the problem of the highly-educated elderly pension,but it is difficult to meet the special needs of this group.Social work is characterized by its strong practical nature.When providing services to the client,it not only satisfies the client's basic material needs,but also satisfies the client's higher spiritual needs by using the professional theories and methods of social work,starting from the client's actual needs.This paper first analyzes the historical background and practical significance of the research on the involvement of social work in community home-based care services,and then introduces the author's research ideas based on the three-month internship experience.And with A retired higher-education colleges and universities,through questionnaire method,field observation to collect related information,record in detail the basic situation of college go-getters old man,and summarise related ideas and research.The second chapter mainly combines the author's three-month internship experience,introduces the basic situation of home-based care services for the elderly in the community of the Highly-educated in A university,and deeply analyzes the needs of the elderly in the Highly-educated from five aspects of maslow's demand theory,so as to provide services more accurately.The third chapter mainly from the social work professional perspective,the author used the case,group,community and other professional methods to carry out the relevant activities during the internship,as well as the social work involved in the community home-based care model inevitability and advantages.The fourth chapter is mainly about the author's three month internship in the process of providing services for the elderly in the Highly-educated,found that social work involved in the community home-based care services in three aspects of the dilemma: first,the system level: the government to purchase the Highly-educated elderly care services "distortion" demand,short duration,less investment;Project evaluators vary in professional quality.2.Social work organization level: single source of fund,high mobility and instability of interns in senior care service project sites;The service ability and quality of internship social workers need to be improved.3.Community level:community senior citizens have insufficient understanding of social workers;The sense of community participation is not strong.In the fifth chapter,the author proposes some Suggestions:Establish a diversified fund raising mechanism,improve the institutional internship system,and enhance the service capacity of social workers;To raise the awareness of social workers among the highly-educated elderly;Raise the awareness of community participation.Through the research on the involvement of social workers in home-based care services for the highly-educated elderly in A university,it is hoped that it can provide some new ideas for the exploration and research of domestic the Highly-educated elderly care service model.
