Training minority bilingual teachers in xinjiang in order to improve thequality of xinjiang minority bilingual teachers, improve the level of educationdevelopment in xinjiang. Since2003, the autonomous region have launched a numberof primary and secondary schools in xinjiang ethnic bilingual teacher trainingproject, autonomous regional people’s government promulgated in2011preschooland primary and secondary schools of ethnic minorities in xinjiang uygurautonomous region bilingual education development plan (2010-2020), is putforward in2015, minority bilingual education basically universal primary andsecondary school. Continuous development in bilingual education not onlyincreased the Chinese teachers’ work pressure, more Chinese level to the variousbranches of insufficient teachers put forward severe challenges: Chinese is notup to standard, there is no class.,teachers will help object locking in teachertraining.Although before kashgar region, the autonomous region HeGuoPei plansconstantly organize training for rural teachers, but since2010, the counterpartsupport cob, provincial and municipal assistance of bilingual teacher trainingproject, is the source of high-level training the biggest opportunity forteachers, this study will also such training as the main object of research.Since2011, borrow counterpart machine of xinjiang, Shanghai bear yarkand,zip, bachu county,200a year, five years a total of1000primary school"bilingual" the backbone teacher training programs; Plans to use five years tokashgar region south of four counties1000ethnic minority bilingual teachersof Chinese language level, business level of bilingual teaching training. Theseselfless assistance, greatly increasing the kashi minority teachers toparticipate in training opportunities at the local level.Based on teacher needs to carry out the training work is the guarantee ofeffective training. Therefore in southern xinjiang minority teachers training,in order to further improve the overall quality of the ethnic minority teachers,carry out effective teacher training, this article use modern training theoryin the study, based on the Angle of the trainees, through questionnaire methodssuch as check data, interviews, negotiation with bilingual teacher trainingstatus quo of kashgar region south four counties as research object, the analysisof the current ethnic minority teachers understanding of bilingual teachingpractice and the present situation of the bilingual teacher training, explore the training in the goal setting, choice of content, methods, problems andimprovement strategy of organization and management,deeply understand thestatus of the bilingual teacher training, and promote the development of minorityeducation in xinjiang region...
