Since2007, our country sports examination system officially became part of the student enters a higher school system, physical examination system is put forward to enhance the students’ sports idea, improve the students’ physical quality, a system of comprehensive development of students’ quality. But in the process of development, physical examination system gradually shows its drawbacks.Based on sports standard of hunan province as the research object, this paper selected the changsha, zhuzhou and xiangtan three areas of the students physical training situation as the object of investigation, expert interview method, questionnaire investigation, literature review method, logical analysis, mathematical statistics research methods such as comparative research and analysis of hunan province sports standards. The results show that the physical examination standard project in hunan province is mainly divided into:athletic and sports skill class projects; Most parts of athletic class project appraisal, pay more attention to sports skill class how to choose test projects; Hunan province sports examination criteria showed very different in every region, overall, the changsha area criteria is more strict, xiangtan area criteria is easing; In the province’s success rate ways, xiangtan region overall sports success rate slightly higher than the other; The changsha area with the boys and girls in zhuzhou success rate shows clear gender characteristics, and girls standard fared better than boys, because boy criteria is higher than girls’ criteria; The current standards do not have a unified standard, the project is difficult, high standard, affect the overall success rate of hunan province; The current criteria of the lack of objectivity and subjectivity, and do not conform to the fall.Based on the above research results, the author puts forward some Suggestions for hunan province adjusting the physical examination standards:the standard adjustment must adhere to is given priority to with students, to enhance the student’s physical quality, enhance the students’ physical activity opportunities for the purpose, to meet the requirements of all the students of sports as the core, the loosening and strict project criteria for the principle, strive to develop a set of reasonable physical examination criteria; In standard tests, it is recommended that the appropriate to reduce motion quality class test of the project, improve sports skills class test the content of the project, in order to improve the students’ interest in sports; Physical examination is not pageant system, set in the project, suggested to reduce the difficulty of the project as far as possible, reduce the criteria, in order to satisfy the demands of the entire student body.Hope this research can adjust your physical examination standards of hunan province to improve reference basis, for training students’ lifelong sports idea, improve the physical quality of the young students, render to the best of their own.
