The thesis mainly talks about the recalling the myth caused by fandom in the network, and choosing the fans of the most popular star Leslie Cheung, who died10years ago, as a research case, and using the way of "online participation observation" and "in-depth interview", to research and analysis the Internet community in the perspective of recalling the myth, meanwhile to focus on the social effects that gender consciousness has caused. The thesis, starting from the Leslie Cheung era and realize the influence of the whole society and culture that Leslie Cheung’s live and his dead caused, through knowing different media reports about Leslie Cheung, and in order to understand the "necessity of fans’ emergence". The author wants to introduce that how the Cheung’s fans seek health communication in the myth, and how they exert themselves to fandom, what an important impact that the group have on the development on fandom as well. At the same time, from the point of view of Cheung’s fans’social context, author wants to explore the "recalling phenomenon " in the network community, and how the Cheung’s fans construct the group identity and self-identity.
