The main drilling difficulties of high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin is reservoir pressure sensitivity and high-H2S.Due to the reservoir pressure sensitive,if useing over balance drilling technology,will appear overflow and leakage;Due to high-H2S,if using conventional underbalanced drilling technology,the drilling process will have a high risk of H2S.The most appropriate drilling technology to resolving the problems is closed circulation system.The closed circulation drilling technology is a underbalanced closed circulation drilling way,it is through close the whole process of drilling cycle,burning row poisonous and harmful gas,to avoid toxic or harmful gas leak and major engineering accident.Some Sulfur content quantity achieved 20% oil and gas field in foreign use Underbalanced closed circulation drilling technology.fast through the hydrocarbon reservoir,separate H2S and direct burning row or burning row after through the ammonia washing,closed circulation drilling technology can guarantee the personnel safety and achieve environmental protection requirement.As domestic is still not grasp the core technology of losed circulation drilling technology and lack of critical equipment,add foreign technology monopoly,these factors seriously hamperied resolve high sulfur content pressure sensitivity reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin drilling technical problems.Conduct closed circulation drilling technology research for carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin,can help to break foreign technology blockade and monopoly,and promote the formation of pertinence and distinctive for solving the practical technology,provides a feasible technology to resolve the drilling difficulties of high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin,promote the progress of drilling technology.This paper have analysed the design principle and construction of overseas closed circulation system,aimed at the characteristics of high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin,considered the level of domestic equipment,make feasibility analysis to closed circulation drilling technologyl for carbonate reservoir in high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin;Through develop experiments burning row high sulfur oil and gas iMPact on atmospheric environmental,and put forward ammonia washing desulphurization effect experiment,according to the experimental results,carry out scheme for practical closed circulation drilling technology,and completes related equipment structure design;Through developing H2S leak detection and safety protection,and desulfurizer application effect evaluation,research resist sulfur equipments for high sulfur oil and gas field,systemized closed circulation drilling technology,forming a technology system to break problem of closed circulation drilling technology for high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin. Research shows that practical closed circulation drilling technology system have good pertinence and suitability,fully reflect the characteristics of the Tarim Oil Filed,and provides a feasible technology in order to solve the drilling difficulties of high-sulfur carbonate reservoir in the middle of Tarim Basin.
