In recent years, China’s land resources information technology has made rapid development and has accumulated a massive, heterogeneous, multi-source spatial data with non-spatial time. At the same time, as a result of the economic development, projects contradiction between development and the protection of arable land resources has become increasingly prominent,the project site, the illegal monitoring of Homeland businesses raised more and more strict requirements for Land use information technology. In this paper, the characteristics of research to build a mobile GIS Integrated Decision Analysis System Based on Data Warehouse-"Homeland electronic mobile sandbox" which will improve land management capacity, promote land resources information. The main contents and results of this project are:(1) On the basis of the relevant principles of data warehouse technology integrated analysis, according to multiple sources heterogeneous, characterized by massive land-use data respectively, from the system framework, themes, fact sheet, particle size tables, ETL tools and several metadata model aspects of multi-source information integration of land use data warehouse for the detailed design particularly the introduction of physical perception proposed class data in the data source, increasing mobile GIS client application layer analysis in the design of system framework, enriching the data warehouse conceptual framework,(2)Research on mobile GIS technology, iOS SQLite database development technology and technology-related principle study analyzes the key technologies involved in the development of mobile GIS, such as: distributed spatial data management, data warehouse map data publishing technology and mobile GIS client and data warehouse resides on the server side interaction techniques, and in accordance with its principles, the development of the relevant functions (3)Based on the results of the above structures based on MAC BOOK iOS platform development environment to Xcode5.0as a development tool, Objective-C as the programming language, ArcGIS Runtime SDK for iOS as GIS development platform for mobile GIS land-based data warehouse the design and development of integrated use of decision analysis system, the system is loaded with maps, layer control, map zoom, an area close to estimates, OLAP analysis, mobile positioning, track record, the project site, the illegal monitoring, collection and analysis, user login and password management functions such as16.
