Ground subsidence phenomenon is a geological disasters have been receive widespreadattention In recent years,It is necessary to take Long-term and efficient monitoring. Differ-ential synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) has already proven its potential formapping ground deformation phenomena. The chosen of combination of interference and thechosen of Permanent Scatterers Candidates (PSC) is the key step in InSAR technology whichhas a significant impact on the accuracy of the monitoring. In this paper was optimized forthese two points, in this paper Multi-temporal InSAR technique was optimized for these twopoints. And use SBAS-InSAR technique to obtain the2010-2013Beijing urban land subsid-ence information. In this paper firstly deeply analysis of the research status and the applications area ofInSAR technology. Then we study the impact of spatial and temporal baseline in Mul-ti-temporal InSAR processing from the aspect of statistics, using linear regression obtained therelationship, and uses this relationship to optimize the selection of interference image pairs inMulti-temporal InSAR processing. After those three kinds of PSC selection method was usedto comprehensive selection PS point. And use SBAS-InSAR technique to obtain the2010-2013Beijing urban land subsidence information, verification monitoring accuracy bycomparing level monitoring result of deep excavation at the Nanluoguxiang subway station.
