Reserve Inventory Model With Metamorphism And Preventive Replenishment

This paper researches the reserve inventory model. We consider the situation under which both the reserve lasting time and the demand during supply chain disruptions are stochastic. Firstly, through the reserve inventory model, we establish a profit-push reserve inventory model with non-deteriorating items. We discuss and find out the optimal solution of the model. Then, we study a reserve inventory model with deteriorating items. Finally, we optimize the reserve inventory model of deteriorating items and establish a preventive replenishment reserve inventory model.The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the inventory management problem, supply interruption model, regular replenishment strategy and some preliminary knowledge, then introduces the main content of this paper.In the second chapter, for a profit-push reserve inventory model with non-deteriorating items and deteriorating items, we consider the situation under which both the reserve lasting time and the demand during supply chain disruptions are stochastic, and construct a new model through profit maximization. We provide the optimal solution by model analysis and verify the validity by numerical analysis.In the third chapter, we consider the situation under which both the reserve lasting time and the demand during supply chain disruptions are stochastic, for a profit-push reserve inventory model with deteriorating items, we set up the new reserve inventory model with preventive replenishment. In order to reduce the effects of items, reserve stock owner takes the regular replenishment strategy. Through the analysis of the model gives the algorithm for the optimal solution of the problem.Finally, a numerical example analyzes the impacts of various parameters on reserve inventory level decision.
