Shallow seismic exploration equipment is widely used in engineering exploration, geological exploration, cultural relics exploration and military ground target detection etc.. Small wireless remote control of shallow seismic exploration instrument draw public attention for its advantages, because it is easy to carry, unnecessary to lay out cable in exploration, and flexible to lay out wireless network according to the needs etc. Therefore, it becomes an important research branch in shallow seismic exploration instrument field.This paper mainly studies the preamplifier technology of weak signal, high resolution data acquisition technology and wireless transmission technology in the remote control shallow seismic exploration instrument. Based on lock-in amplifier technology, this paper designed the preamplifier with high signal to noise ratio (SNR). Ultra low power CC430 microprocessor and high resolution ADC were designed for the seismic data acquisition unit. The design of wireless transmission system was completed by the implantation of simpliciTI network protocol and using the CC430 embedded RF module. The whole system chose super-low power consumed components and emphasized the anti-inference ability in the hardware design.Based on the design, function of each module has been tested and debugged, and a comprehensive test also was carried on the data acquisition and transmission system. The testing results show that the shallow layer remote seismic exploration data acquisition and transmission system can extract the effective weak signal in certain noisy environment, implement weak signal data acquisition, and transfer the signal to the host computer through radio frequency communications technology, which realize the design of small wireless remote control of shallow seismic exploration preliminary technology.
