With the rise of Digital Earth and the smart city, three-dimensional GIS Geographic Information System(3DGIS) cause widespread concern in the community, with its visual image features and the ability to display three-dimensional spatial analysis. And because of its broad space for development and prospects, highly respected scholars are interest in the aspect. With the expansion of the city, the original three-dimensional visualization of the earth has been unable to meet the reality of underground pipelines, building management and design. The way that describe real world which has been formed with the three-dimensional framework should be solved. The way that describe underground should be solved.With the expansion of urban construction area and the increasing of the population, the management by means of construction plans for the information in the cities can’t meet the realistic requirements. A system for urban management can not only hand the ground scenes, but also the underground scenes. A good 3DGIS is a system which can control ground scenes and underground scenes in the same time. But the studies which published by the scholars nowadays are more in ground scenes and less in underground scenes. And what’s more, the researches which deal with ground scenes and underground scenes in the same time is even less than the underground researches.Thus, the paper conclude the 3DGIS technology research status at home and abroad and analysis on the 3DGIS develop mode. Then, Using the knowledge build the frame for the ground and underground integrated visualization of three-dimensional scene. And using the frame build the Dali Haidong District three-dimensional scene. And using Skyline and Unity3 D build Dali Haidong District system which include desktop and Android.The paper is gong with the following researches and works.(1) This paper describes the basic theory and three-dimensional visualization technology, analyzes the main technical aspects of the current three-dimensional GIS.(2) This paper raise the frame for the ground and underground integrated visualization of three-dimensional scene. And using this frame builds three-dimensional scene for Dali Haidong District. This frame integrated use the texture mapping technology processing for precision appearance on the ground three-dimensional model. Because of the large number of three-dimensional quantity and different kinds of spatial structure, the models should be optimized. In the underground area, there are two major problem. One is the one-to-one correspondence between 3D pipes network and the surface model. The other is further modify network according to the terrain, in accordance with the different terrain for local improvement. In general, in order to ensure the perfect scene and good visual effect, the rendering technology is needed for my paper. And the rendering strategy is low-level rendering away and high-level rendering close.(3) Under the condition of fully understand the research purpose and the further analysis Skyline technology system and Unity3 D development way, this paper put forward research purpose which could satisfy the concrete scheme. And this paper builds the 3D visualization system on the desktop and mobile with Dali Haidong District as the research area. The desktop client basically satisfy the spatial analysis, the scene showing ability on Dali Haidong District. And the mobile terminal is mainly for 3D scene roaming and display in order to improve the visual degree of interactivity and display system.
