| Uniform wall thick screw drill tool (PDM) stator has many advantages because of its uniform wall thick rubber layer. This is good for cooling to reduce thermal aggregation effect and slow down the aging of rubber. Expansion deformation resulted from dissolution or temperature is uniform, which can improve the sealing performance, motor can keep the high efficiency in long time. Its normal displacement is small and even, single-stage pressure and torque are significantly increased compared with traditional stator. Theoretical contact area increases, which make them bond firmly to reduce the possibility of rubber layer unglued.Uniform wall thick PDM get the recognition of domestic and foreign expert because of its unique superiority, but there is much processing trouble because of the existence of long inner spiral surface, such as, big cutting amount, small space, low rigidity, complex forming movement. By analyzing its forming principle of stator inner spiral surface, this paper proposes the jacketed assembly structural design about it, which use the layered processing instead of overall processing to reduce the difficulty of processing, basing on this design, this paper discusses and studies on the processing technology of the jacketed assembly uniform wall thick PDM stator thoroughly.Firstly, this paper overall elaborates developing course and application of PDM at home and abroad, analyses some processing methods about uniform wall thick PDM stator, and brings forward new type structural design and processing method about it. Compared with present processing method, this method can reduce the processing difficulty of inner spiral surface, also give support for other complicated structure of PDM stator.Secondly, through the comparison of connection method about jacketed assembly structural stator, paper proposes to use amount of interference to connect them. I also analyze amount of interference and its mechanical issue by theory and finite element simulation, then obtain stress and displacement distribution of stator, which supply reference for optimization of amount of interference.Finally, basing on the study of stator curve, using pressure processing, electronic processing and assembly theory, paper proposes two-step method to complete the processing of stator; completes the overall structural design, main parameter design about stamping molds, three-dimensional virtual modeling; analyze and predict the deviation resulted from design; integrating grouping and hot assembly technology, finish assembly procedure design, also analyzes the relationship between temperature and stress in assembly process. |
