| With the update, improvement and innovation of screw drill, a new type of screw drill test bench must match to the screw drill. At present, the screw drill test bench has some disadvantages such as needing more human input, wasting longer test time, operation complex and low intelligent degree. In order to improve the test performance of screw drill, reduce the test process and reduce the safety problem, and improve the overall efficiency and reliability of screw drill testing, an automatic test system for test performance of screw drill tool was designed in this paper. The system uses data acquisition and processing technology, communication technology, intelligent sensor technology, virtual instrument technology and database technology and intelligent control technology to realize the automation test of screw drill.(1) In terms of hard wares, a distributed data acquisition and control system based on IPC was designed in the automation test bench. The system is composed of industrial control computer, data acquisition, intelligent sensor and electric control valve. The system realized the automatic data acquisition and storage of the performance test of screw drill. The test process of human and material resources are reduced, and the efficiency and reliability are improved in the screw drill test.(2) In terms of software, the data management and analysis software based on Lab Windows/CVI was designed. The software uses multithreading technology to achieve real-time data acquisition and storage and the output report uses Actives technology.The software system is an effective solution to the data acquisition, real-time data storage problem, and automatic analysis of starting pressure and other performance parameters, improve the efficiency of screw drill test.(3)According to the time-delay problem of automatic flow control, the fuzzy PID(proportional integral differential action control) control algorithm with adaptive parameter was put forward. The simulation and experimental results show that, the proposed method has high precision, small overshoot, short adjusting time, good control effect. Using the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm, reduce the testing time, saves manpower and material resources.The experimental results show that, under the premise of ensuring the system of screw drill test performance, improve the degree of automation of the screw drill test, improve the efficiency and reliability of screw drill test experience, has achieved the system design requirements. |
