As an agricultural country, food production and processing occupy an importantposition in our national economy and social life. With the increase of the demand ofhigh-quality food, color sorter started to be widely used. It not only significantlyimproved the quality and added value of food, but also greatly increased theproduction efficiency, bringing considerable economic and social benefits.Feeder is an important part of color sorter, which is responsible for evenlyshaking off the materials into the chute so that the materials will be further processedby color sorter. The vibration frequency and amplitude of the feeder are twoimportant parameters, which have a big impact on energy consumption, production,and color sorting accuracy of the color sorter. In industrial production, since affectedby many factors, such as the grid voltage fluctuations and the abrupt changes ofmaterial weight, the existing control mode is barely satisfied. From a new perspective,a new control mode of the amplitude and frequency of feeder will be mentioned here,which can effectively solve the above problem.Based on the principle of feeder, using the mechanics and kinematics knowledge,the essay develops nonlinear mathematical model of cutting system and ascertains thebest exciting frequency. On the basis of analysis of the moving state of the materialsand the actual situation in the industry production, the paper demonstrates thesignificance of the amplitude stability to the color sorter.According to the actual need, the way of the power supply was changed fromAC to DC. SCR was instead by FET, the chip C8051F310was adopt as the controlcore, and the vibration data was collected by hall sensor, which making the system asa closed-loop control one. Then, the circuit was made and debugged, which makingthe self adaptive control available.After the hardware structures finished, we first solve the problems of thefrequency control. To make the amplitude adjustment with the working condition,thefuzzy PI control method was proposed, which could stabilize the amplitude and output. Then, LabWindows/CVI was used to built the monitoring platform of thesystem. finally, the frequency, amplitude stability and production of thefeeder were tested, and the results were good. |
