At present,The most of the domestic iron and steel enterprises in iron works and coal-burning power plants or coal pulverizing workshop are installed using multiple sets of electronic weighing type coal feeder,and supporting the use of the coal mill,more applications mainly in the United States Stock and Japan Yamato Weighing and Shanghai Power Equipment Research Institute under the Shanghai NEW development company the production of products.The domestic large-scale blast furnace are used than large coal injection,through the installation of electronic weighing type coal feeder,can effectively improve the mill output table,thereby significantly reducing smelting coke consumption,reducing smelting process comprehensive coke ratio,is to reduce the cost of iron before the major and important means.A large iron and Steel Group headquarters base iron works set one or two,4 three or four flour milling workshop,each production workshop according to the design demand,set the installation of 3-4 electronic weighing type coal feeder,a total installed more than 10 sets,is the domestic production base to install and use the single most coal machine.Since 2003 the first set of equipment installation and operation,to the overall operation of the coal machine is relatively stable,brings great convenience to the production,but with access to the service life of the equipment at the end of each part of components aging speed increased,the failure rate is increasing year by year.Coal feeder control system design theory can be used in harsh conditions and complex environment of electronic weighing,but the long-term existence of electromagnetic interference on the site of production,and lead to deal with all kinds of faults in the operation process is difficult to judge.In iron and steel enterprises,due to the production conditions and installation space constraints,the most important is cost considerations,there is no standby system.The online operation of coal feeder failure,can only be stopped and maintenance before use,fault handling,can only increase the amount of blast furnace coke,was forced to increase the cost of smelting.In this paper,the electronic weighing coal feeder control system deficiencies are improved research:According to the control system of the electronic control part of the operating power supply improvement,to improve the interchangeability of coal machine electrical components and other areas of spare parts,spare parts on one hand effectively guarantee adequate reserves.In the light of the improvement of weighing conversion module,the original signals and operations which cannot be seen and touched are simplified,and the operational capacity of the equipment is improved.According to the improvement of PLC control program,the safety of coal feeder system operation is improved.Because the milling workshop is flammable and explosive area,the production process to the coal storage coal cylinder and coal storage time is required,so the improvement of procedures to improve the matching of coal quantity and quantity of coal,reduce coal natural probability.The utility model enhances the practicability of the computer operation picture.Before the improvement,the computer screen can only see the start and stop of the coal feeder and feed back the amount of coal.After improvement,some key data can be monitored in real time,and some alarm work is added.The local optimization and improvement of the coal feeder control system can effectively shorten the processing time of failures or accidents and improve the operation rate of the equipment.
