Vibration sand reclamation makes Sand rubbing each other to removing the film and other inert substances by using vibration force to make Sand contacts slide along a line or plane,made it closing to the new sand.Foundry used sand has the uniformity and Stable size distribution and sand round and Thermal expansion of small than the new sand,These can improve the quality of castings.This paper summarizes the principle of casting sand reclamation of used sand reclamation mechanism and vibration technology,and analyzes the working principle and structure features of the foundry sand recycling equipment and double mass vibration vibrating machinery and equipment plastid.The disadvantage of the conventional vibration equipment is electric power and high energy consumption and the impact on the foundation of a large and poor durability,Double mass vibrating mechanical uses the resonance effect,The advantage is low exciting force and low energy consumption.In order to play advantage of the double mass mechanical vibration and explore the application of foundry sand reclamation, The author designs a double mass vibrating used sand reclaiming machine.The characteristics of the regenerator is:Double mass vibration mechanical theory, greatly reduces the force required;The vibration motor is connected and the lower body, solves the problem of coupling is easy to damage,reduce the unnecessary energy loss in the course of vibration,improves the efficiency and vitality;The barrel adopts hexagonal structure, increasing’the tube wall and the sand force efficiency;In the center of the cylinder body design center source,eliminate the low energy region of the center of the barrel;Set the dust removal device,in the course of vibration,the wind promptly and effectively remove dust.The performance test of double mass vibration recycling machine,Yunnan Kunming clay resin a foundry mixed used sand to be regenerated on Double mass vibration recycling machine.Four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment to the steel ball and the old sand ratio, vibration frequency,amplitude,the regeneration time,The experimental results show that the factors influencing the vibrating used sand reclaiming machine regeneration effect from big to small order:the vibration frequency,amplitude,the regeneration time,the steel ball and the old sand ratio.The optimal process parameters of the recycling machine:the vibration frequency is13.5HZ,amplitude is9.5mm,the regeneration time is60min,the steel ball and the old sand ratio is1.5:1.In this process,the mud content of clay mixed with sand is reduced from11.9%to2%,the mud removing rate is83.19%.Through the calculation of the size distribution of the test and the average fineness,four screen concentration ratio is50/140,The main body of the recycling machine did not impair the sand.Surface morphology of old sand and new sand and thermally reclaimed sand and the vibration of reclaimed sand was observed under microscope,Double mass vibration regeneration function effectively removes inert membrane of sand surface,And improves the roundness, regeneration effect is very obvious.Through strength test,Compressive strength were0.431MPa and0.469MPa, it reaches91.90%,It showed that the vibration of the reclaimed sand meets the quality requirements.Experiments show that the double mass vibrating used sand reclamation machine has considerable application prospect,The main parameters for regeneration of vibrating sand in the actual production is obtained.
