In the practices of sulfide lead and zinc ore dressing,"zinc floating lead suppression" is given priority, reports of "lead float zinc suppression" rarely."Zinc floating lead suppression" process has not been thoroughly solve the problem of no cyanide process, high alkaline process and so on. So the study about "lead float zinc suppression" technology to the development of lead-zinc ore dressing has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper imported by a difficult lead and zinc as the research object.the mixed concentrate of lead and zinc separation of experiment research.In the traditional "zinc floating lead suppression" process has not obtained the ideal effect, on the basis of the bold exploration "lead float zinc suppression" process. through detailed dressing experiment research, identified "pickling flotation-lead float zinc suppression" dressing craft, good lead-zinc separation is realized. On this basis, from the single mineral flotation behavior of galena, sphalerite, discusses the dextrin "lead float zinc suppression agents" mechanism.Lead and zinc mixed concentrate on import.it contents18.15%Pb,27.23%Zn,0.85g/tAu,430g/tAg. In the pickling flotation and lead float zinc suppression research, on the basis of the flotation separation process of the mixed concentrate:the original sample with sulfuric acid of7.5kg/t, stirring for10minutes, with butyl xanthate100g/t and b sulfur nitrogen100g/t collector for combination. A coarse one sweep two fine closed-circuit flotation, flotation tailings is production rate is29.95%, grade is42.26%, zinc4.47%, recovery rate of69.73%of lead concentrate. Flotation foam adding dextrin as inhibitors or lead float zinc flotation twice again, get the yield was43.54%, the grade of44.96%,4.84%of lead and zinc concentrate recovery was71.89%.Among the technological process is simple, do not need to adjust pH value of slurry, reagent dosage, less stable. Through concentrate multielement analysis, main enrichment of gold and silver in lead concentrate, lead concentrate containing gold1.50g/t, theory of recovery was52.85%. silver650g/t, theory of recovery was45.27%.Single mineral flotation experiment study shows that dextrin can effectively inhibit the galena and sphalerite flotation effect is not big. Under the effect of drugs on the surface of a mineral potential change and the infrared spectrum of research, analysis, dextrin as the adsorption mechanism of galena surface.(1) The galena dissolution release metal ions to form neutral or charged complex, the hydroxyl complexes through hydrogen bonding and chemical reaction in the hydroxylation of metal surface and anionic collector form competitive adsorption. (2) the dextrin by hydrogen bonding and interacts directly hydroxylation of galena surface, mineral surface metal hydroxide precipitation can react by hydrogen bonding and dextrin molecules, thereby reducing the mineral surface adsorption of anionic collector(3) the dextrin and release can also be caused by a chemical reaction between the metal ions adsorption process.Lead float zinc suppression technology and the theory of separation of mixed concentrate research breaks through the traditional zinc floating lead suppression technology, expand the new train of thought for the development of lead-zinc ore dressing process, at the same time, it is metal sulfide ore beneficiation research provides an important reference.
