Research On Reliability Test And Evaluation Method Of Rolling Linear Guideway

For raliability study of linear guides vice lagging behind,the lack of uniform reliability test standards and test equipment.In this paper,to comprehensive analysis and research the linear rolling guide vice reliability reliability evaluation methods and to provide thoretical and practical basis.Combining the raliability test and linear rolling guide vice reliability requirement,to design the measurement and control system hardware and software system.Realized guide on the reliability test load running-in function, and measuring the vibration,temperature,noise and loading force signals at the same time,while at the time node to save these signals and lubricate the guides. Acquisition of performance parameters of the measured guide can be used as fault diagnosis of intuitive basis.Research on rolling guide vice reliability test plan,to formulate the test conditions,test section,data check points,test failure criterion,analysis,statistics and processing method,and determine the appropriate growth model and ststistical model.On the basis of the scheme in the reliability test,combining the characterstics of the reliability test and linear rolling guide vice,determining the test process,followed by the implementation of reliability growth diagnostic testing,reliability growth testing and reliability qualification test,for guide deputy preliminary estimate reliability level,and then to achieve the level of reliability growth, and finally to identify their level of reliability. To determine the linear rolling guide vice reliability test before,during and post specific implementation steps and key points of attention.On the basis of the reliability test data and fault information,according to the scheme of FMECA and FRACAS method,the failure mode of guide vice is analyzed and improvement measures are put forward.Rolling guide vice reliability growth test using Duane growth model,the reliability of the guide rail pair is obtained by least square method characterisitic parameters,and draw the reliability growth curve.Rolling guide vice reliability evaluation test using MTBF point estimation method and combination of three parameter weibull distribution model,the method of the MTBF value estimate to be measured and determinatin results.
