As one of the main functional components of CNC machine tools,CNC turntable is the ideal accessory of all kinds of CNC machine tools.It can be installed on the working table of CNC machine tools horizontally or vertically.It is used as the fourth axis or fifth axis of CNC machine tools.In recent years,the consumption and production of CNC machine tools in China continue to be the first in the world,and the level of the performance of CNC machine tools is the key index to determine the development level of a country's industrialization and the development of the country's economy.Compared with some famous CNC machine tools abroad,the reliability and performance stability of domestic CNC machine tools are still lagging behind and lack of core competitiveness.The reliability level of the key functional components directly restricts the reliability level of the whole machine.If we want to improve the reliability of the CNC machine tools,we should pay more attention to the reliability improvement of the key functional components such as the CNC turntable.Based on the "research and application of reliability support technology for machine tool manufacturing process" in the national science and technology major project of "high-grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment",this paper takes TK13 series numerical control rotary table as the research object,carries out its reliability analysis and test technology research,and finally improves the reliability of TK13 series numerical control rotary table.The main tasks are as follows:(1)First of all,take the TK13 series CNC rotary table as the research object,introduced its structure,main parameters and working principle,and established the reliability block diagram of the CNC rotary table.Then,the reliability index of the CNC turntable is obtained by analyzing the reliability data collected.Afterwards,a two-fold Weibull distribution model was applied to curve fitting the reliability data of the CNC turntable.The fault distribution function,fault density function,failure rate function and reliability function of the NC turntable were obtained and the early calculations were made.The fault duration provides a certain basis for the subsequent determination of the reliability test time of the CNC rotary table.(2)The fault location,fault mode and fault cause of CNC turntable were analyzed,and the modular fault tree model was introduced to carry out the FAT analysis of CNC turntable.The FMECA analysis of CNC turntable was carried out using a cloud modeland improved gray correlation method.(3)According to the structural characteristics and failure analysis results of the TK13 series CNC rotary table,in order to improve the reliability of the CNC rotary table,the structural design improvement,the process control and the assembly process control of the CNC rotary table were carried out,and maintenance and maintenance suggestions were also put forward for the user company.At the same time,the reliability test scheme of the numerical control turntable was designed,and the test results were analyzed and evaluated.
