Chemical enterprises is a production area with a high fire risk, and the fire and explosion accidents will cause casualties and property losses. At present, the domestic research on fire safety assessment of chemical enterprises is still less, and lack of method and standard which is accepted widely. In order to ensure the healthy development of chemical enterprises, reduce the serious consequences caused by fire accident, establish the safety evaluation system of chemical enterprise, research the targets、methods、procedures、contents and results of fire safety assessment, It has great practical significance to apply advanced evaluation technology to conduct an overall evaluation of fire safety in chemical enterprises.In this paper, characteristics of fire and chemical enterprises are summarized through investigating the development status of domestic and Dalian Dagushan Chemical Industry Park. Combined with chemical companies the fire and fire-related laws and regulations, the actual work, based on past human, machine, ring on the tube introducing architectural inherent risk of fire, fire hazard, improve the analysis of comprehensiveness.
