LTD. henan oilfield downhole operation company, Mainly undertake acidizing and fracturing, augmented injection and broken down operations of henan oilfield, and compounding various acidizing fluid, fracturing fluid, control fluid, and other various fluid for workover downhole operation(stabilizing solution, activated water, dissolve wax, increase production agent, etc.). Working fluid Configuration station is a dangerous place of storage and using of hazardous chemical in Henan oilfield because security risk with poisoning,burning, fire disaster and bombing etc is uncontrolled and will make big influence when accident happen.The point of this paper is safety situation analysis and evaluation research with hazardous chemical materials of working fluid configuration station.the first part is introduce Safety evaluation status of domestic and overseas, emphasize the significance and necessity, explain the difficulty and question, summarize safety evaluation methods, the second part is introduce compound fluid, identify dangerous and harmful factors, divide evaluation unit, then summary the safety management and technical countermeasures.The last part summarize the researches in this paper and point out the aspects of perfecting and improving.
