In the polymer flooding experiments, due to long-term injection water erosion, the part of well layers have formed big channel even extra big channel, and became low pressure well of polymer injection. Conventional slug injection has less effect on big channel plugging, the polymer cross flow along big channels is very serious, it forms futile cycle, and has less effect on polymer flooding.In the implementation process of polymer flooding technology in western 5-16 block of Fuyu oilfield, it is studied that polymer flooding plugging channeling, plugging channeling system selection and evaluation, injection parameters optimization injection mode optimization, related setting technologies and injection-production adjustment methods. The positive rhythm and complex positive rhythm is based in test area reservoir, in addition to crack flow from east to west, injection water also promotes along high permeability strip in the bottom of the reservoir, inner layer and interlayer heterogeneity are serious. There are also reservoir cracks and big channels, severe inner and interlayer heterogeneity, sensitive and complex relationship between injection and production.Through the laboratory experiments, it is analyzed and evaluated that plugging channeling system selection, the viscosity of plugging channeling system, gel time, shear resistance performance, anti-dilution experiments, effect of temperature and pH value on plugging channeling system, the gel performance, water absorption, sealing performance, oil displacing performance experiments are done to selected plugging channeling system in order to select the fit plugging channeling system on the Fuyu western block and further optimize system performance.Through physical model and number model experiments, EOR extent is analyzed under different injection amount and different injection method, the injection parameter and injection method of polymer flooding plugging is optimized.In use of tracers, the channel volume and dimension are quantitative interpreted, the amount is selected based on volume, particle size is selected based on dimension.Online multi-well simultaneous profile control technology is preliminary designed which meets the field construction need; the construction method of online multi-well simultaneous injection is also preliminary formed. Using online pluggingchanneling technology and online inter-well injection method, the injection is convenient and construction cost is saved.
