THE XH block belongs to bottom water heavy oil reservior with thcik layer. For the reservior energy is sufficient, the block exploit by the way of steam stimulation. As most of the bottom water reservoir, well affected by bottom water coning, the well water flooded soon lead to oil well production decline rapidly. Controlling the speed of bottom water coning is difficult, lead the effect of oil field development to turn bad.For thick layer of bottom water heavy oil reservoirs, how to control the speed of bottom water coning, achieve steady oil and water control, be of great importance to improve the effect of oil field exploitation.First, geology static data and production performance data of XH block are analyzed, and the comprehensive development curve of production status are mapped. Gain a whole understanding about general geological situation and development process of research block. From this, the present problems existing in the development process are realized.Secondly, the paper has established the concept model of horizontal Wells in bottom water heavy oil reservoir by CMG. In order to do suitable plan for different water breakthrough type of horizontal Wells,we make water breakthrough types of XH block horizontal well as one-point water-out, multi-point water-out, linear water out. According to the static data, the 3D geological model of XH block is established with Petrel software; combining with dynamic development data, establish the numerical simulation model with Eclipse software, and conduct develop dynamic matching. The matching result is within precision allowed. According to the matching results, the rules of planar residual oil and longitudinal residual oil are analyzed.The present water plugging scheme is evaluated.In the end, for one-point water-out, mechanical water plugging and chemical water plugging is used, has played a good effect. For multi-point water-out and linear water-out, shut-in coning control and nitrogen foam profile control water plugging schemes is used. We research the reasonable well spacing of the XH block two horizontal wells without interfering eachother by potential superposition method of flow theory. On the reasonable well spacing, the encryption method to stabilize the oil water control of horizontal well and by injecting nitrogen foam can control water coning effectively. We optimize the reasonable nitrogen foam water plugging timing of conversion, and reasonable soaking time. At last, forecasts development effect.
