Molecularly imprinted polymers prepared by molecular imprinting technique due to their excellent affinity, special selectivity and good stability characteristics in the solid phase extraction, biomimetic sensors, mimic enzyme and drug delivery have a wide range of applications.Molecularly imprinted polymers prepared by molecular imprinting technique have been paid much interest nowadays for its excellent stability, affinity and selectivity; have been applied in many fields,for example, solid phase extraction, biomimetic sensors, analog enzyme. On the surface of polymers,with the recognition sites of the imprinted molecules, it can quickly access to the adsorption saturation. As a result, imprinted polymers prepared by surface imprinting technique have attracted peoples’ attention. In this article, A new molecularly imprinted polymers (RhodamineB-KH-570-MIPs) with high performance for recognizing RhodamineB was prepared by adopting the surface molecular imprinting technique This technique used silica-gel modified by KH-570 as a carrier material, acrylamide as the functional monomer as well as N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as the crosslinker. The thesis includes the following four parts:Chapter one:Briefly introduced the phylogeny, basic theory, synthesis, and focused on the review of progress in preparation and application of molecularly imprinted polymers.Chapter two:In order to screen the best conditions of the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers, we studyied the effects of the interaction between the template molecule, functional monomer and the preparation conditions of imprinted molecularly polymers on the surface of silica.Chapter three:We synthesised a new molecularly imprinted polymer and then inspected the absorption isotherms, absorption kinetic properties, static absorption capacity of RhodamineB.The morphology of imprinted polymer was observed and characterized by SEM. We verified the successful preparation of imprinted polymer by IR,calculated the absorption capacity and dissociation constant of RhodamineB by scatchard analysis, and studied the selectivity of imprinted polymers by competitive absorption experiments.Chapter four:The RhodamineB of chili powder can be selectively separated and concentrated by molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column filled by the silica imprinted polymer.Then the reproducibility of the filler was investigated.
