In energy is decreasing day by day and today’s growing demand for energy and improve fuel economy and reduce the tire in the energy loss in the process of driving is a major issue in the design of tire, tyre research under transient rolling rolling resistance and is of great significance to both.In this paper, the principle of tire rolling friction and the mechanism of rolling resistance of tire are introduced. On the basis of, using finite element analysis software ADINA is established to solve a tire in a rolling rolling resistance numerical method, and in the light of GB/T 18861-2012 rolling resistance experiment model established analysis model of rolling tire transient, on 12.00R2016pr all steel radial truck tire rolling resistance finite element analysis. The method of optimizing tire structure and reducing rolling resistance is put forward.To tire rolling finite element analysis considering the tire material should be between stress and strain of nonlinear constitutive relation; consider the tire under large deformation, the relationship between displacement and strain is nonlinear; consider the tires and contact friction with unrecoverable changes in loading the boundary conditions; and in the choice of tire rubber materials, comparison and selection of reasonable Mooney Rivlin rubber material constitutive model.After the three-dimensional finite element model of tire was built in ADINA. The static load simulation analysis and dynamic rolling simulation analysis of the tire under different pressure and different load are carried out. Check the stress, deformation, subsidence and rolling resistance of the tire at different speeds.Finally, the length of the belt was changed, and the length of the belt was analyzed.In this paper, the main characteristics of three, first, using a standard tire system analysis and calculation process, which for predict tire rolling resistance accuracy has a important significance; second, according to the law for tire structure design to change the tire structure parameters are simulated by finite element; third, using ADINA software command flow modification model of finite element analysis, through the command flow can quickly establish finite element analysis model, and can fast on the finite element model parameters are modified to meet tire under different conditions of finite element analysis.This topic belongs to the finite element analysis of the natural science foundation of Shandong Province "tire rolling resistance testing mechanism, methods and simulation studies (2013ZRB01123)" project, the project also includes in a company of tire rolling resistance test data acquisition part, and the test data comparison of data obtained in this study, two trends in the data is the same. The conclusion of display data mainly the following aspects, in a certain speed and air pressure, the rolling resistance and rolling resistance coefficient will increase with the load increases; under a certain speed and vertical load, rolling resistance will be with the tire inflation pressure decreases. The width of the 3# belt is finally optimized for 109.06mm.
