Reactive dyes is the most widely used dyes nowadays,but it requires a higher staining soaping temperature, which could easily lead to energy waste and environmental pollution. This subject chooses the maleic acid and acrylic as synthesis monomer, uses polymerization method to be synthetic horse- propylene polymers,and discusses the impact of various factors on the intrinsic viscosity of synthetic polymers, chelating ability, dispersing power and other properties of solids through a single variable factor method. The data resulting from the discussion and analysis optimizes the best synthesis process: the synthesis monomer ratio is MA: AA = 1: 3.5;the reaction temperature is 80 ~ 90 ℃; the dropping time is 2.5h; the initiator amount is 6.67%; and the reaction holding time is 3.5h.Complex experiment chooses the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(LAS), a non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),analyzes the surface tension, staining residue absorbance, anti-staining, and other performance, establishes the orthogonal experiment, optimizes the complex proportions, namely: MA-AA: PVP: LAS: AEO-9 = 2: 0.15: 0.25: 0.3. It gets the preparation process of the new cryogenic soap lotion, and names the soap lotion as HJP-WH soap lotion.In order to determine the application process of HJP-WH lotion soap, under different conditions, this study tests the soaping dyed fabric floating color removal,white and wet rubbing fastness staining. Through the analysis of experimental data it obtains the best application process of HJP-WH soap lotion is: the amount is 2g / L;the soaping temperature is 80 ℃; the soaping time is 3mins.After determining the optimum application process, this study compares the outcomes of HJP-WH soap lotion and traditional soap lotion, tests whether HJP-WH soaping can achieve the desired effect at low temperatures, and applies HJP-WH soap lotion to the production of goods. The indicators of HJP-WH soap lotion are all in line with customer requirements.
