Tension control, deviation rectification control and multi-motor synchronous control is the key technologies of the compound paper-yarn bag-making and printing machine, which has a great influence on the quality of the paper bag. Tension control at paper roll unwinding,deviation rectification before paper printing, and speed synchronization of traction and print motor in the process of bag making is the objects of the research. The objects are designed in this paper.In the design of tension controller, combining fuzzy self-adaptive PID and particle swarm optimization, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID tension controller based on cosine adjusting inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization is designed. A set of optimal PID parameters is searched out using cosine adaptive inertia weight particle swarm optimization to improve tension control accuracy. The validity of the tension controller is verified by MATLAB simulation.In the deviation control system, the deviation control system is composed of detection part and control part. The part of paper bags deviation detection includes deviation detecting device and the measuring circuit. Deviation amount is converted into electric signal by bridge balance principle and the signal is magnified. Then it is converted into the digital signal into the PLC by A/D conversion module. In the control part, the digital signal received by PLC is converted into out pulse corresponding by look-up table. Then the pulse sequence is sent to stepper driver to drive the stepper motor. Finally, the rectification of paper bags is realized.In a control system of multi-motor synchronization, an all-in-one motor synchronous closed-loop control scheme consisting of PLC, variable frequency drive and motor is designed. In synchronous control program, a fuzzy PID-based relative coupling control strategy is used to compensate the speed of revolution and the method of the fuzzy PID compensation is provided. A synchronized control simulation mode of traction and print motor is set up by MATLAB and effectiveness of this mode is verified, and the quality of the paper bags is improved.
