In strip rolling processes, the vibration of 300 cold rolling mill is widely existed in the steel industry. The vibration of cold rolling mill is not only abrasion equipment, reduce the cold rolling productivity and the quality of the strip, but also cause strip breakage and damage to rolling mill, damaged the economic benefit of steel works seriously. Indepth research on vibration characteristics isgreat practical significance for people to effectivelychanliimprove output and quality of the strip.This research takes the four-high reversing cold-rolling mill as the study object, based on the structure modal and vibration characteristic analysis theory, using MARC and ADAMS finite element analysis software, kinds of vibration analysis is done.Firstly, using finite element analysis software Marc, on the rolling process and boundary conditions, the strip rolling process was numerically simulated, by changing rolling reduction, the friction coefficient, rolling speed and other process parameters value to quantify analysis rolling force in rolling process, and analyses its influence on the vibration of rolling mill, optimizes the strip rolling process parameters.Secondly, taking advantage of software like ProE, ADAMS, 3D assembling model and finite element model of 300 cold rolling mill vertical vibration system were established, application the finite element dynamic analysis method to study the roll acceleration response in optimizationa roller speed, the results indicated that, at about 46.71 Hz and its frequency multiplication, roll energy is relatively concentrated, fluctuation is relatively obvious, the maintenance time of bottom rollers are longer, they need to increase the damping to quickly reach the purpose of control vibration.Finally, based on the geometry model in ProE, the finite element model of rolling key parts were established, and take the modal analysis of rolling mill frame, work roller, supporting roller. Through the analysis, the maximum stress of frame is obtained, the stress of danger point is reduced by adopting method of increasing the transition fillet radius, avoid the occurrence of resonance, improve rolling accuracy, it provides roll angle improvement scheme for the work roll and backup roll, the improved model was analyzed by finite element simulation, results show that, improvement of the roll angle can effective decrease the longitudinally deformation of rollers, thereby control vertical vibration of cold rolling mill.The conclusions of this topic, not only has important theoretical significance for the vertical vibration mechanism of cold rolling mill, its control method, structure optimization design, but also offer basis and reference to medium or small sized steelwork on acquainting status of equipmen and maintaining equipment.
