The vibration phenomenon of the rolling mill runs through the entire rolling process,which affects the forming and quality of the rolled products but also causes wear of the rolls and reduces the service life of the rolls.In severe cases,it even cause damage to the rolling mill components and threaten personal safety.This subject takes 300 cold rolling mills as the research object,the rolling mill system establishes a three-dimensional model,modal analysis,dynamic analysis,finite element simulation and experimental testing.It explores the characteristics and influencing factors of vertical vibration of the rolling mill.First,the rolling mill components were built and assembled using Solidworks,a simplified rolling mill system model was constructed and a modal analysis was performed to obtain the natural frequency and each mode shape.Secondly,the simplified rolling mill model is imported into ADAMS and is constructed by corresponding constraints and loads.In order to conform to the actual situation,the work rolls are subjected to flexible treatment and the frequency domain response diagrams of rigid work rolls and flexible work rolls are compared to verify the rationality of the flexibility.Then,the influence of different factors in the rolling mill model(rolling force,damping,bearing housing)is explored.Then,a rolling mill assembly diagram is established in ABAQUS and the corresponding load and interaction are given.The numerical simulation method is used to obtain the time-frequency domain of the rolling mill vibration when the process parameters(rolling speed,rolling reduction and friction coefficient)are different and the influence characteristics of the process parameters on the rolling mill vibration are obtained.Finally,the 300 cold rolling mill was used as the experimental object and the signals were collected and processed by the vibration test system to obtain the vertical frequency response diagram of each component.The work roll vibration signals at different rolling speeds and reductions were tested.Finally,the simulation of the vertical vibration of the rolling mill and the experimental test results were compared to find that the degree of fit was high.Method for reducing rolling mill vertical vibration and improving rolling plate quality.
