Since entering the 21 th century, International and domestic tobacco industry competition increasingly fierce, especially domestic tobacco manufacturing enterprise faced with huge of challenge and pressure, to adapted the needs of whole tobacco industry development situation, each tobacco enterprise according to industry unified deployment has joint restructuring, and managed to through in production control system for technological innovations, makes products quality became better and keep stable, this must require the control system of tobacco primary processing line have high reliability and smart enough, To accommodate the development of tobacco primary processing technology and production management needs.Aiming at tobacco primary processing control system for Hangzhou Manufacture Department of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial CO.LTD, this paper discussed the centralized control system of the production line in a comprehensive analysis, exploration, research and design. The main work and results are as follows:1. The design of the overall structure for tobacco primary processing control system. The system adopts double network redundancy structure in architecture to ensure the reliability of network links in hardware; the whole set of control system to divide the equipment control layer, centralized monitoring layer and management layer in logical layer, and integrate advanced control technology and concepts for each logical layer in a content specific analysis and design. Ensure that centralized control system advanced and stability.2. Design of fault diagnosis and early-warning on the control system. Through research industrial control network protocol, Siemens PLC series diagnostic function and the principle of NM analysis data monitoring machine works, programming fault diagnostics program and collect data information of switchboard, information related to troubleshooting and data flow is sent to the appropriate server, and monitored over the network terminal display in real time for system managers find the point of failure quickly and easy.3. Server virtualization of the centralized control system. Through the study and analysis of virtualization technologies, and implement server virtualization of centralized control system of tobacco primary processing, thereby increasing the reliability of the system to solve series problems which due to too many computers, servers and network equipment lead to management is difficult, such as unbalanced load and authorization management, hardware and software updates require downtime etc.Finally, the summary of the dissertation, and further proposed some prospects for future technology application and development forward of the centralized control system.
