It is the future of manufacturing that virtual production combines with real production environment. To cope with the constantly rising cost pressure, production enterprises complete the production of products with less energy and resources. Innovative software, automation technology and drive technology and its service are used to realize the virtual production,as well as the combination of virtual production with real production environment, which can shorten time-to-market, improve production efficiency and flexibility and also keep industrial enterprises competitive advantage in the market. It is beneficial for enterprises to rational allocation of resources, optimizing structure and process of production, and improve the management level of enterprises by establishing virtual three-dimensional dynamic system on computer to simulate industrial field.The results are as follows:1. Research of virtual reality, virtual environment modeling, virtual line and other related information all provide the basis and direction for the research of virtualization technology and production line for virtualization.2. The basic knowledge of virtual system about software is studied, The logical structure of the virtual software is analyzed, According to the layered architecture, the standardization of the interface between the layers is provided and software architecture of virtual beverage filling production line is presented.3. Virtual environment modeling is studied. Firstly, the representing method of virtual entity object inside the computer is analyzed, the appearance of the virtual environment and the building method of virtual entity texture are discussed. Secondly, the dynamic model of virtual entity is established. The virtual space coordinate system and its transformation is built, along with the description of node position and its transformation. Lastly, this paper discusses the expression methods of Physical properties in the virtual environment and the application of LOD segmentation technology in the virtual environment.4. The paper further studies the behavior modeling of virtual environment. Firstly, beverage filling production line is the object. In order to express the characteristics of the virtual behavior model, asynchronism、parallelism、feasibility, meanwhile taking the requirements, possibilities and the result descriptions of the behavior into consideration,this paper involves messages in Petri network with the tool help of Petri net,on the basis of which Petri behavior model is established and illustrated by an example. Then, the calculation model and operation mechanism of virtual system behavior is researched, and the mechanism of OPE in the application of virtual system to control the entity object is also analyzed.5. The virtual environment model and virtual system behavior model are applied to implement beverage filling production line, the results show that the proposed virtual environment model and virtual system behavior model can well fit to build, control and analyze the virtual production line system. At the same time, the virtual model method in the paper can also be a reference to other virtual application systems.
