Hydraulic fracturing is an effective method to reform carbonate reservoir and an important stimulating method to improve the production of oil (gas) well and the injection rate of water well. The effects of hydraulic fracturing is determined by the perfects of construction technology, while the real time diagnosing fracturing monitor which is the key of making sure that the fracturing is carried out smoothly, is also the latest developing trend of hydraulic fracturing. For this purpose, it is important to design the real time diagnosing fracturing monitor.By using this monitor to real-time monitor the construction parameters, collect the data of devices, so that to diagnose the construction technology effectively, improve the effects of Hydraulic fracturing, and reduce construction risk.In this paper, an extensive research on current situation of real-time monitoring of fracturing and the problems currently facing have been done. According to the requirements of engineering project, the total design of the real-time diagnosing monitor was proposed, and the design program was completed both functional and structural.A real-time diagnosing monitor of fracturing system that can real-time monitor a large number of data of construction process was designed;the hardware system of real-time monitoring was optimized;and based on the application of GPRS/CDMA network technology which can closely linked the construction site with the control room was proposed, then established a suitable fracturing data collection database;by using the configuration mode to developed a software of long-distance real-time monitor which provides a good user interface;and the method that by using neural network to diagnose the errors of sensors is first proposed in the engineering project of hydraulic fracturing in this paper, this method has a versatility in diagnosing sensors’errors, and was proved by the simulation in MATLAB.The long-distance monitoring and diagnosing system which was finished in this paper provides a certain significant guidance for optimizing the design proposal of hydraulic fracturing, and a reliable test platform for safe and high effective construction work.
