In the oil extraction process, Snubbing technology has been developed in order to better protect oil and gas resources, increase the production and achieve the sustainable development of oil and gas resources. Snubbing technology has played a more and more important role in the oil and gas production to meet the original intention of people.Yet, due to the blockade for advanced control technology by the advanced countries, the technology of China is lagging behind, unable to fully meet the needs of the oil and gas production. Therefore, the study about snubbing equipment control technology has important practical significance; This paper is targeted study snubbing equipment control system based on our oilfield actual production.From the following aspects, the paper has completed the research of control system of snubbing equipment:1) First, analysis of the existing several snubbing equipment and its control system, evaluation and looking for ideas for the design.2) In accordance with the requirements of work over, analysis the equipment how to accomplish these tasks. Combined with the action classification of equipment component movement and achieve conditions to finish the design of the hydraulic control system of snubbing work over equipment.3) The theoretical analysis and the corresponding calculation of snubbing work over equipment and the hydraulic control system program of wellhead seal blowout preventer equipment is finished.4) Integration the PLC technology and fluid control technology, the design of control system of the snubbing work which under the control of PLC is completed.Snubbing equipment and wellhead seal blowout preventer program of hydraulic control systems is proposed in this paper. With the help of PLC and program design, the snubbing not only realizes the automated, and also achieves the downstream move kava and the BOP stack interlock, and the continuous work of the next two cylinders. The occurrence of accidents in production process of snubbing has avoided, and the work efficiency of snubbing has improved.
