Research On East Of Zhungeer Basin Coal’s Different Proportion Of Slagging Characteristic

Coal is the main pillar of the developmentt of China’s energy consumption.The coal-fired plants occupies about 70%electricity generaiting capacity in our country and playe d an leading role in China’s future energy mechanim. This paper make a detailed stud y of Zhundong coal to combustion and slagging characteristics, mainly is the combust ion characteristics by means of thermogravimetric analysis and one dimension subsi ding furnace of Zhundong coal,and based on the understanding of coal combustion c haracteristic of up to realfurnace blending test, test in the TBEA owned power plant 300 MW boiler were studied, by changing the different air distribution modes and diff erent coal blending ratio of Zhundong coal in power plant boiler under the combustio n, along the way,the content of fly ash slagging characteristics and pollutant emissio n characteristics.The results show that Zhundong coal is flammable coal,which is fired easily,and the combustion characteristics between Datong coal and Shaotong coal.In the analysis of the burnout characteristics and cokongproperties,carbon content above 30% of samples of coal ash taking from cyclone separator,which means it belongs to flammable and serious slagging coal.The alkalineelements was increase and the coal ash was reduced when it mixed burning high ash coal combustion in boiler.The better is the and slagging situation improved.Temperature field testing found in furnace,the amount of air in the furnace is reduced and position of temperature inside the furnace is reduced when the opening degree decreases of SOFA gate.But the SOFA gate opening degree is reduced to a certain extent leading to severe coking.As the time of proportion of zhundong coal reduced,the temperature of the furnace the overall decline and reduce coke.
