At present, metallurgy, mining, building materials, water, chemicals and other industrial materials broken are occupying an increasingly important position. Material crushing as a Foundation, There is a large number of mines and reuse of waste material for shredding every year. With the increasing of the broken material,increased precision of the broken, and the short of energy, so we must improve the situation of the shredder.As the crusher, improve the efficiency of its work, to achieve "more crushing and less grinding" be the focus of our research, and double-toothed roll Crusher depends on its nature, injecting a vitality for mine crushing. This paper study on double roll crusher, from the three dimensional design, simulation, finite element analysis on structure strength and other aspects of the research, hoping to achieve the double teeth roll Crusher applied to the purpose of crushing ore.Firstly, according to the basic structure of double-toothed roll crusher, using Solidworks software to set up double-toothed roll Crusher system model, the overall design and EDEM discrete element simulation real conditions, respectively a broken tooth broken coal and iron ore, two items that bear the crushing force. Second,importing finite element software ANSYS to build three dimensional models, discrete element simulation by EDEM maximum crushing force of the finite element analysis of broken teeth, and all parts of the broken tooth stress and strain distribution,determine the maximum stress is part of. Finally, using ANSYS Workbench software to the broken parts of the broken system(broken-toothed rollers and broken teeth) the modal analysis of the first ten, are top-order natural frequency and vibration mode,you can see the frequency of the first ten away from its natural frequency, proved double-toothed roll Crusher can effectively avoid resonance phenomena at work.These analyses can be described as double-toothed roll crusher is used to provide the reference.
