At present, hydraulic feedback pump is widely used in Tahe Oilfieid with the heavy oil blending dilute oil technology to product heavy oil. In the process of the production, there happened to be many problems. For example, the viscosity of the fluid at the wellhead was not stabilized and the polished rod load was not stabilized and the sucker rod was easier to be broken off. As we all knew, the main reason was the mixed oil was not uniform when the heavy oil was mixed with the light oil. In order to study the mixed effect of light oil and heavy oil in the downhole with blending dilute oil technology, the numerical research has been applied for it in this paper.First, the model was set up with Gambit software, and the numerical simulation was studied with Fluent15.0, the CFD software. The effect of blending was obtained, which was studied with casing pipe diluting and the casing pipe diluting with SK stactic mixer and SD stactic mixer. Under the same external conditions, hybrid simulation results were compared and analyzed. The results indicate that, the static mixers are useful with the uniformity of the mixed oil compared with casing pipe diluting.Second, the effect of the SK stactic mixer was compared with that of SD static mixer. The results indicate that, when the number of the mixing elements was same, the SK stactic mixer was much usefull than the SD stactic mixer. And the mixing element of the SK stactic mixer is much reliable than the element of the SD stactic mixer. The pressure drop of the SK stactic mixer was lower than the SD stactic mixer.Third, the arrangements of the SK stactic mixer were studied in this thesis.40elements were chosen to form an entirety to use toghether for the lowest pressure drop and the highest efficiency. According to the study on the optimized stactic mixer with different injection ratio, the conclusion was drawn that the more light oil is jnjected, the better effect of blending, which attributs to reduced viscosity. When we use the SK stactic mixer, the inject ratio can be0.5, which can meet the need of the hydraulic feedback pump artificial lift. The results of the numerical study of this thesis not only provide a theoretical basis on the research about blending dilution, but also have some guiding significance on how to improve the mixing effect and and how to reduce or eliminate the production problems caused by undermixing, such as viscosity volatility and fluctuation of polished rod load.
