| Stretch-bending leveler can effectively eliminate the 3D shape defects of strip,but there are some problems in the research on the theory of the key parameters of stretch-bending leveling process and control system at the domestic equipments which bring about a situation that the tension leveler machines in some large domestic steel enterprises and important strip production lines basically rely on imports.For the further research on the process of the strip tension leveling,the research group build a test platform of 450 mm strip stretch-bending leveler.This paper carried out the theoretical and numerical study of the process parameters and the experimental verification for the operation details of the equipment,and designed the velocity closed-loop control system of elongation based on the theory of tension leveling.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis the deformation mechanism of tension leveling process and studied the relations between important parameters so as to provide the theoretical basis for tension leveling model.2.The buckling problem generated in the production field of strip steel was simulated with finite element method and established the relationship of front and behind strip tension, elongation, bending-roller intermesh on lateral buckling phenomenon,then providing guidance for the actual production of equipment parameter optimization.3.On the basis of 450 mm Stretch-bending leveler,and according to the requirements of tension leveling theory and technology, designed the suitable process automation control system of closed elongation feedback loop control and had achieved good results in practical application. |
