Nowadays, The new type dry-process kiln system has become one of the major technology in China and even in the world,its production process is complicated, continuous strongly, interrelated, mutual restriction.Especially the content of free calcium oxide in rotary kiln process must be ensure maintaining in a reasonable range.The strength and stability of cement clinker have substantially reduced,with the increase of f-CaO content; And the content of free calcium oxide in cement clinker is once below 0.5%, cement clinker will be even into the dead burning state. Therefore, the quality of cement product is directly related to the calcium oxide content control.In actual production process, there are many factors affecting the content of free calcium oxide, including feeding amount,the amount of head tail coal, the amount of tail coal, three rate values etc.Now clinker f-CaO content is got that mainly relies on laboratory tests per hour. To ensure the quality of cement clinker, the clinker f-CaO content should be maintained at 0.5%-2.0% to meet the process requirements.Online analyzing the content of f-CaO is very difficult,so firstly this paper use the BP neural network modeling method to create the f-CaO content’s soft measurement model and verify the validity and accuracy of the model,and study the short-term correction;Secondly,in order to analysis and monitoring on the properties of cement clinker,this paper uses Lab VIEW as the development platform to develop the friendly man-machine monitoring interface based on SQL2008R2 for database of new dry cement production process.The core of this dissertation is the realization of a BP neural network to predict the content of free calcium oxide by MATLAB Script node.Using the Lab VIEW DSC module to design the monitor screen and using X-s chart to realize f-CaO quality statistical analysis and early warning.Those methods guide the operators to judge whether the clinker f-CaO content in the production process is standard or not,and take effective control measures.Using ADO technology realizes the data access and storage,which can conveniently query,display soft prediction value of f-CaO content and its change trend.The characteristic of this paper is to make full use of the Lab VIEW programming advantages:modularity, graphical, independent subroutine.Using menu mode to realize the soft prediction and quality control of f-CaO content of new type dry-process kiln system that based on Lab VIEW DSC analysis module and ADO database access and MATLAB Script node.Finally, this paper completes integrated development for a plurality of system function.The work of this paper provides an effective way and lays a theoretical foundation for online monitoring of a new dry cement clinker production process and the content of free calcium oxide.
